I'm Nico, a certified teacher offering private and online sessions built around you, your body, your pace, your goals. I've taught at retreats from Bali to juvenile detention centers in Kenya, and I bring that same grounded, playful energy to every session. Whether you're brand new or just need someone to actually meet you where you are. Let's practice!

Training Path

I’ve completed 200 hours of Hatha training, assisted in a 25-hour Yoga Nidra training, and I have another 200 hours focused on Power and Vinyasa coming up as an assistant with a scholarship.

How I Teach

I care more about honesty, consistency, and having fun than performance.

My approach is grounded, encouraging, and playful. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali tell us to remain “stable” and to be “comfortable.” I’m not trying to force you into perfect-looking shapes, but rather ones where you can breathe deeply and keep your heart open. I’m trying to help you feel better in your body, understand what you’re doing, and create something real enough to stay with you beyond a single class.
